Refund Policy

Customized Products: Any customized product cannot be refunded. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Non-Customized Bags and Wallets: Contact us within 1 day of receiving your item. Your item must be returned and received within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be processed only after the item is received. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All Other Products: These products cannot be returned or exchanged. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
