Attitude of Gratitude

Have you ever had a week that makes you feel like giving up? I had one last week, having another horse at the vet, my truck breaking down in Hollister, and ending up in urgent care from red ant bites.

I told a few of my friends that a person seriously couldn’t make this stuff up!! While I spent a little time, I admit, feeling pretty sorry for myself, I couldn’t help but remember a handful of my friends who are TRULY going through some hard times right now. My troubles in comparison are really small. I decided to change my attitude to one of gratitude.

Millie, I am so grateful for every run! We were blessed to win Gilroy and place 4th today at Oakdale. I am one lucky girl!
