Ranch Brisket Recipe

This recipe is easy! Serve with mashed or scalloped potatoes and you have a wonderful meal!

I prefer no extra salt, but if you like you can substitute the garlic and onion powder for the salted version. In my opinion, it tasted great without the extra salt!

Serves 6 people (3 lb brisket)

1 cup Red Wine

1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup Liquid Smoke

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

4 teaspoons garlic powder

4 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper

1 pinch of red pepper flakes

1/2 chopped onion

4 garlic cloves chopped

Mix all these ingredients together and pour over brisket. Cover pan with foil and put in oven at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Slice and Serve.

*turn the meat at about 2 1/2 hours to get sauce on both sides.
